Our overall experience today was excellent. April was wonderful! I hope she didn’t have to share her tip with the other waitress that was suppose to be helping her. April didn’t need help and the other lady caused a lot of confusion at our table. We had some issues with food coming out in a reasonable time. My sister didn’t get her meal until everyone at the table was done eating. She just got it in a to go box. I don’t fault April for that because she was really pressing the kitchen. The kitchen also made my son a birthday dessert plate and he loved it. Even with the hiccups, all was well and we’ll be back. Things happen and sometimes people make mistakes. Firebirds staff is always friendly and they’re quick to resolve any issues with kindness and respect. Thank you all ♥️

We have been there multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience. Food is always delicious and staff is always on top of things. 

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The place is smaller than we thought it would be, but what a gem! Excellent food, great choices, wonderful wine list and prompt service. We went on a Thursday nite, as we were celebrating a graduation. I would definitely recommend this place!
