One of the best omakase experiences I’ve ever had period. I’ve been to multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and Ensō still managed to beat them for me. Everything was on point: the quality of the fish, the creativity, the pacing, the presentation, the intimacy of the experience, and especially the interaction with the chef. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt pretentious, and every course felt intentional. This wasn’t just dinner, it was an actual experience. You can tell there’s real thought and passion behind what they’re doing, and that makes a huge difference. We came here for our anniversary and I could not have picked a better place. Easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. If you’re in Valle de Guadalupe and you actually appreciate omakase, this is a must. 10/10. I would come back without hesitation.

The food was exquisite, service was beyond compare, was a little loud in there but the ambiance was quite stunning.
