Best dining experience and food in Coquitlam City Centre. We will return again and again. They've only been open a couple months and I'm looking forward to the further development and additions to the menu. My son said the banana trifle dessert was the best dessert he's ever had in his life. Everything was so flavourful and fresh.

This is a great, modern Vietnamese restaurant offering excellent food and very good service. It offers many dishes not often seen at other Vietnamese establishments. Having read good reviews about it, my husband and I were eager to try it. We highly recommend the garlic butter deep fried chicken wings - so flavourful - and the banana blossom beef salad, a dish that was new to us. The coconut chicken curry was rich and tasty too. We appreciated the fact that none of the dishes was too salty for us, as we are on a low-sodium diet. Our server was very personable and asked for our feedback. We shall return to try a host of other appetizers and dishes.

From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were impressed. The decor is warm and inviting, with various choices of seating ie high tables, booths, the bar. We opted for an outside table as it was warm enough tho cloudy. We chose our beverages and our server, Bella, explained the menu was great for sharing,if we chose. We quite often share so that was good. We opted for the Prawn Tacos on Bella’s recommendation and the pork/shrimp dumplings. The tacos were amazing: fresh and chilled with a fair helping of guac alongside. The dumplings were very tasty and came topped with shaved daikon radish and green onions. We also ordered the chicken skewers which were tender and delish, as well. What impressed me was the service was top notch and the manager (?) also made sure we had hot water for the tea, etc. He was involved and personable. Sing Sing has only been open for a month I think, but they’re doing a fabulous job on all counts, so far. This is my new go-to for lunch when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

The food was fantastic. While our server was new and a bit nervous he was fantastic and added tp our experience. I could not say enough about how great the rolls were.
