Tolles Konzept! Sie offerieren eine fixe Menükarte, aus welcher man verschiedenste Speisen bestellen kann und daneben kommen sie regelmässig mit neuen, kleineren Tellern vorbei. Was einem passt, probiert man oder skipt bis zur nächsten Runde. Waren nun schon zwei Mal dort und immer noch begeistert. Die Geschmackkombinationen sind top. Hatten unseren Platz jeweils an der Theke, wo Einblick in die Küche gewährt wird. Super spannend!

Ssal is a modern Californian restaurant with Korean roots. We serve a single tasting menu nightly in our dining room with access to our open kitchen. Our menu changes constantly and spontaneously. We simply serve food that excites us.

In our dining room, Chef Junsoo combines his Korean upbringing and sensibilities with his experience cooking in the French and American traditions. We integrate Korean aesthetics, flavors, and techniques into modern cuisine.

We are open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday by reservation only. We do not accommodate walk-in dining.
