Absolutely amazing great service and amazing food which did not disappoint us the portion sizes are very generous we both had starters and a main course but no room for pudding. The food was piping hot and delicious flavours. We will definitely be returning thank you for a lovely evening.

I booked lunch at the Black Horse Inn because I was doing some genealogy research in Kirkby Fleetham and was interested to read that the building existed in the early 1700s when my ancestors lived in the village. It's a lovely quirky place with several areas such as the bar, restaurant and outside area with dressed up mannequins which I liked. The car park is big too so parking wasn't a problem at all. The food was lovely and the service was excellent. I recommend the Black Horse Inn and be back with my family in the future.
