Als Tony und Kathy Pietoso das originale Cafe Napoli 1989 eröffneten, wurde es schnell zu einem Erfolg. Sogar so erfolgreich, dass es in ein größeres Gebäude an der Adresse 7754 Forsyth Blvd. umzog.
