This was our second time visiting Stone House, and we were once again overwhelmed by the quality of the food and service. Our server was Aoife, and she was amazing: Always smiling and cheerful. She was helpful when needed or signaled to, but never spending more time than we wanted or hovering. We ordered their buffalo wings, which were delicious, both crispy and chewy. The pizzas, two 12" pizzas, a Stone House and a Vegetarian, were hot and fresh. Both were excellent, as we have come to expect. Still, in our humble opinion, the best pizza in Ireland!

Service was great. We had a couple of people with allergies in the party and the waitress was very good at checking out what was available to them and answering their questions. Food was great. We were seated in one of the cubicles and the table was a tight squeeze for 6 adults.

Lovely food, lovely staff. 10 out of 10. Will be back.

What a wonderful experience we had, when we came to Ashford castle for Paula pastry. From the welcome at the castle gate, to the pleasant chat with the gentleman at the bridge gate house, a wonderful welcome at reception. A little chat with Paddy , our confident hostess was able to describe and explain what we were being served, Paula herself came out with one of our courses and had a chat with us, the food was absolutely delicious. Served in luxurious surroundings. Our afternoon was completed by a wander around the very well kept grounds.
