Another day, another lovely meal at the Halfway House. Hot, tasty and plenty of it. We always enjoy our visits, have never had a bad meal and the team are always so accommodating with our random requests ! Great job, again, everyone and see you soon !

Absolutely stunning meal. We had the Sunday roast. But oysters before hand. Best dessert I’ve ever had aswell - croissant bread and butter pudding! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

We booked at Clowance specifically to take advantage of their “Seniors’ Lunch” with a couple of friends - we are owners/members and have been seeing it advertised and finally tried it. It’s a two course menu for £15 serving a main (7 options) and a dessert (3 options). Three of us had the Ham, egg and chips with the other having the Scampi and chips. Followed by two lots of Mixed berry Bread & Butter pudding, one of Summer berry Trifle and one of Moomaid Icecream. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food (portions sized for seniors) nicely cooked, presented and tasty. A more comprehensive lunch menu is available as well as the full range of their wines and drinks. Will definitely be going back for this again. Thank you to the team.
