Eine makellose Provenienz steht im Mittelpunkt des Angebots im Restaurant Chop House. Deshalb wird nur das beste Rindfleisch von Lieferanten aus ganz Schottland bezogen, die ihr Handwerk wirklich verstehen. Das Fleisch wird im Haus geschlachtet und bis zu 90 Tagen trockengealtert, um den typischen Geschmack und eine verbesserte Zartheit zu erzielen.
