Under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maître d’ instructors, students showcase their hospitality and culinary skills in our open-kitchen restaurant. Our 3-course dinner menu offers a choice of starter, entrée, dessert, and beverage, for an all-inclusive price between $40 - $48. **NOTE: In order to support this student learning experience, all guests at a table are asked to order a different entree and dessert. This ensures students receive appropriate technical skills training on all our menu items and minimizes food waste.We are located at 200 Monroe Ave in Frederick, MD.
