Beautiful restaurant with outstanding service and great food. We had asked for a harbor view window table and they accommodated us. We ordered from the A La cart menu with many choices that were excellent. The sea bass was outstanding as well as bbq pork with Chinese pancakes, frog legs, Fried rice with seafood and the roasted chicken. There is a strong wine selection and cocktails were great. We highly recommend this choice for dinning.

Genuinely the best fine-dining experience I’ve ever had. Food 12/10, atmosphere 12/10, service somehow even better. Everything just felt effortless and perfectly done from start to finish. I don’t even want to single out specific people because the entire team was amazing and made the experience what it was. Victor, of course, just put the cherry on top. Absolutely incredible. Caprice is on another level.

Amazing food with every dish being superbly prepared and presented. Sadly the restaurant does attract a very corporate crowd (probably due to the prices) which detracts from the ambience and makes it overly masculine and noisy. Nonetheless it’s a fantastic spot for dinner and one of the very best restaurants in Hong Kong

Since it’s my son’s birthday, we ordered a set that already have desserts. The manager is letting my son choose a favorite dessert for him to bring home. This is really touching and our whole family loves dining here.
