We wanted to eat a nice dinner before heading to the airport after a long drive from Bend and some sightseeing. We remembered Salty's from 14 years prior, and our second visit didn't disappoint. We were seated on the second floor with a beautiful view of the Columbia River at sunset. Food was fabulous (beet salad, halibut and lobster pasta special) and server Matt was friendly and attentive. This was our favorite meal during the week we spent in Oregon, and we would eat here any time we are in Portland.

We love being out of the way so we can talk and laugh. Service was excellent

Magnificent meal! The unusual wines, delicious food, and thoughtful service made for a spectacular evening. The albacore crudo, trout toast, and beef tartare with the marrow bone are not to be missed. Excellent oysters too. Our server, Corber, was so knowledgeable and friendly. Made the evening even better.

Best experience eating out! The staff was super attentive and fun to interact with, Chef (who is also the owner) was engaging and checked in a couple times as well. The food was amazing and we had a little dessert that was out of this world! Can't wait to go back again and will tell all my friends to check this place out!

The best octopus in all of Portland. I try Octopus everywhere and its never prepared properly(octopus needs to be massaged). Excellent Sashimi; 3 of us shared a plater that was only $36!
