Das essen war gut aber nicht mehr. Es fehlt am Detail. Tempura Crevetten sind nicht Crevetten im Bier Teig. Das Wagyu war roh und mit Sehnen versetzt Der Service durch Ray hingegen aussergewöhnlich und sehr aufmerksam.
