Das STRIPSTEAK bietet ein Menü voller einfallsreicher Interpretationen von klassischen Steakhouse-Favoriten, die in der hochmodernen Küche zubereitet werden. Das STRIPSTEAK verfügt über verschiedene Rindfleischoptionen, darunter Certified Angus Beef und American Wagyu Beef. Zudem umfasst das STRIPSTEAK 2 Holzkohlegrills und 6 Umluftkammern zum langsamen Pochieren. Die spezielle Methode des langsamen Pochierens verbessert die Aromen und Zartheit, indem das Fleisch bei niedriger Temperatur erhitzt wird.
