Peter Street Kitchen is a contemporary Japanese and Nikkei-inspired restaurant set within the dramatic high ceilings and arches of the Free Trade Hall, one of Manchester’s most historic buildings. The menu draws on Japanese and Nikkei-inspired cuisine, with moriawase sharing plates, an Omakase tasting menu, sashimi, tempura and robata dishes alongside A5 grade Wagyu. Ceviche, gyoza tacos and Peruvian-spiced signature plates bring the vibrant Nikkei edge to the table, while cocktails, sake and fine wine are served at the Rikyū Bar. This festive season, The Icon, our exclusive six-course Omakase created with Moët & Chandon, is available from £100 per person.
