We celebrated my wife’s birthday, and Chef Imi went above and beyond to make her feel special with a personal birthday greeting, a rose, and an extraordinary dessert. The food, as always, was outstanding. The presentation was beautiful, and both main dishes—the Barramundi with a special chili sauce and the Scallops Risotto—were cooked to perfection alongside our appetizers. A special mention goes to AJ for providing top-tier, highly attentive service throughout the evening.
