Restaurants in Marlboro

I would encourage anyone who is visiting the Hudson River Valley to experience this restaurant. All of the students that you encounter - and you will encounter an entire team - are delightful. The menu is well-planned and well-executed. We were a group of four and everyone enjoyed their food. The Heirloom Tomato Pie is sublime. I had the scallops and the dish was such an interesting mix of textures and flavors. The desserts were over the top and delicious. But none of this really conveys the fun of this experience. The students like to engage the guests and it's heart-warming to meet so many earnest young people who are learning the hospitality trade. Understand, however, that they are also learning professionalism. This is not amateur hour. Our dinner was one of the finest meals I've ever had. And certainly of some importance, it's considerably less expensive than I thought it would be. I have perhaps never enjoyed a restaurant experience more.

Our food was delicious. Started with Cozze Aglio e olio, and then split a caesar salad. Entrees were the Chicken Parmesan and the Linguine al Sapore Di Mare. Both were excellently prepared and large portions. This was our first trip to the Hudson Valley, visited West Point for a football game and saw the reviews for Aroma Osteria and had to try it! Highly recommended if you are in the area.

First time here for my son’s 14th bday with my wife, other son, daughter and her boyfriend. The food was great as well as the service. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!

The traditional Mexican food here was tasty and authentic, and the bar specials were creatively presented! I happen to catch their Tuesday $5 margarita special. The space itself is unique, designed in a maximalist style with vibrant neon colors covering every inch, along with a dedicated sports bar area. The music was a bit loud for the lunch hour, but I can easily imagine this place popping with local families, kids, and sports fans in the evening. The staff is friendly and easygoing. It is a fun spot to check out!
