From the wood oven. Our pizzas and calzones are prepared from freshly made dough and baked in our custom woodfired oven. We imported this oven from Italy in 1987 and it was the first of its type in the Pacific Northwest. A mix of Oregon grown hardwoods produces a taste that's uniquely Ambrosia
