At our restaurant, we work to capture the essence of a Botellón by offering a well-rounded, high end dining experience, with a home-style feel. We

At Botellón we take learned techniques from around the world, and apply them to traditional Spanish food, with a focus on the styles of the Basque region, combined with Mediterranean influence.

The food of the Basque region traditionally involves simple, high quality ingredients, executed with classic techniques that allow the bold and complex flavors to truly resonate. The region is widely known throughout history to have traded ideas and foods worldwide, and thus cultivated a heritage that naturally merges culinary traditions from around the world to create something distinctly Spanish flavored.

Everything about our experience was great at Botellon. Our waiter was the owner and the service was phenomenal. The tapas were excellent and nicely larger portions than you typically get which made for better sharing. There was a nice selection of Spanish and South American wines and best of all, the restaurant was quiet so we could actually enjoy conversation. Definitely give Botellon a try.

Excellent new restaurant in RiNo. Highly recommend it. Great food, and a wonderful young couple (chef and maitre de) who make you feel very welcome.

I expected very expensive food with good presentation to have actual flavor, but I was let down.. The steak was dry and couldn't send back as they were out. Ive had food at better tapas places with lower prices and excellent taste. Our server was our bartender and took 30-45 mins to get drinks we ordered and had to remind server multiple times to get things we've asked for. Never once apologized. Would not come back or recommend

It was good. Not the best and certainly not bad. The cocktails were a highlight. The food, however, lacked the flavor I was hoping to experience from a Spanish style restaurant. Overall, the experience was good and the service was kind.

The vibe of the restaurant is amazing, really fits into the weirdness of Denver. They played great music and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our server was super attentive to those of us who had food allergies. The food was delicious and everything was had was top notch! We were celebrating my birthday so the staff invited us up to the closed rooftop to watch the fireworks from Coors Field at the end of the night and it was such a cool experience. I can’t express how much I appreciate the entire staff for their hospitality, thank y’all so much. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We arrived for our scheduled reservation, but the restaurant was closed. No sign, no explanation. Updated review. I have changed my review to good. The general manager did, in fact, leave a voicemail to notify me of a flooding issue on the day of my reservation. I did miss the call and did not become aware of the voicemail until today when I received a response via an Open Table email. Steve, I appreciate your follow-up and am sorry for the miscommunication. I hope to make another reservation in the future.

Tapas were excellent. Entrees were just not very good. Overall, we would go back again for happy hour and drinks.

I had my reservation for weeks and was pretty disappointed after taking my daughter there with my family after her college graduation. My 72 year old mother was with me and she was DENIED a glass of wine because she didn’t have her ID. She’s 72, she looks young, maybe 60. Waitress said it is the law, which is not true. This restaurant either has a stupid policy that allows for zero discretion or our server was just a moron. Either way, not cool and a very embarrassing situation. They walked it back later and let her order a drink but that was after the embarrassing example of stupidity and later in the dinner. Crazy. Will never go there again!

Sir, I remember your family vividly and I even spoke to you myself. You certainly made it a point to talk down to the staff, and even when we rectified the situation, you come here and call us names and leave a 3-star review because your mother didn't have an ID. This is one of the most entitled things I have ever read. Hope you realize I bought that glass of wine for your mom to say sorry for the inconvenience and you didn't even pay for it. Nothing to say about the food - thanks for the review

Food was great. Had the patataa brava, bursts, broccolini and the salchichia paella. Everything was very good.
