They brought out everything at once and the only thing that was hot was the burger. The calamari was cold and soggy. The meatballs were lukewarm at best and dry. The French fries that came with the burger and steak frites were cold and so So we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to place us in the back by the exit door in a half booth, half table setup. It then took an extra 5 minutes or so for anybody to come to our table and even offer us water or a menu. It was very busy and extremely loud. I’m sure this was the reason for the slow service. The food was okay. We each ordered an expensive steak, and while good, it wasn’t the best we’ve had. I was hoping for a $70 steak, it would melt like butter, like many of the other steaks we’ve had at other steak houses we like to frequent on our anniversary each year. We were able to choose our steak knife from an encased set though. That was fun. \n\nWe are foodies, so we also ordered an app and a salad and several sides to try as well. Those were all pretty good and standard for a steak house. The dessert (bourbon butter cake) was really good and was on the house for our anniversary. That was nice!\n\nI guess, if you want an expensive steak and drinks with friends, or a fun place to celebrate (bday, graduation etc) this is a a good place to do that. I wouldn’t come here for an anniversary celebration though with your partner! My partner and I shared the NY strip which was cooked perfect and was plenty for us since he had salad and I had the French onion soup for starters which were very good. They gave me a lot of soup. We got the table side flambé for the steak which I personally didn’t think was worth it but a cool experience if you want to pay an extra $19. The bourbon butter cake tastes like regular yellow box cake from the grocery store. Overall the experience was good. My sister-in-law and I went to Bourbon and bones to celebrate our birthdays. We decided to sit at the bar to take advantage of happy hour. We ordered the meatballs, steak frites, the chophouse burger, and the crispy calamari fries. They brought out everything at once and the only thing that was hot was the burger. The calamari was cold and soggy. The meatballs were lukewarm at best and dry. The French fries that came with the burger and steak frites were cold and so salty.
