I was not impressed. They couldn’t find my reservation, they didn’t have what I wanted to order, they rushed me through my food and my drink.

Never got to find out how it was because I needed to change my reservation time but no one returned my call. Their phone is answered by a weird AI bot and there’s no way to get through to a human. We ended up not going because we didn’t want to go all the way there just to be told the reservation hadn’t been changed to the time we needed. AND I lost my reservation deposit because of this. Never again.

Place was great, but the customer service is not very good. I was over charged by about 200 and I have yet to be able to get in contact with someone.

Nice ambiance for a Valentines dinner with my wife. Food was slightly above average but cocktails were great. Service was feast or famine. They were swarming our table or non existent, but overall a good night. I will go back on a slower night.

We waited 15-20 minutes (along with several other couples) before being acknowledged by the hostess. This could be considered out of the ordinary and brushed off because they appeared very busy and not fully staffed at that time. However, the server was very inattentive and simple requests, like silverware, were monumental tasks that took exceptional amounts of time. Again, given the Valentine's Day rush, it could be written off as being understaffed or unusually busy. What actually prompted me to write a review was not just the compilation of small frustrating experiences, but also the final kick in the teeth at the very end. While processing payment with a portable credit card terminal, I was faced with three very small tip suggestions (2%, 3%, 7%, if I recall). I asked the server if gratuity was added, and her response was an emphatic "no." I repeated my question pointing out the tip suggestions on the credit card terminal. The server doubled down on her assertion that gratuity was not included. At that point, I added 20% to the total as a tip, against my better judgment and simply being generous. When I received the emailed receipt, 18% gratuity was already added, making the server's tip a total of 38% of the bill. Mistakes and circumstances outside of one's control are forgivable, and easily so by someone who was a server in a previous life. However, lying to a customer in order to receive a large tip on top of gratuity is unforgivable.

Worst “wagyu” I’ve ever had in my life, on top of that it took 15 minutes to receive a steak knife, so of course my food was cold. Also took 20 minutes to bring water after being reminded 3 times. My waiter did an awful job. Management was nice & the drinks were strong, that’s it.

Very nice and fancy. Love the vibe and ambience . Food and service needs a little improvement to make it a 10/10 , however, staff is very friendly, great customer service. Great music! Would definitely recommend.

Food and drinks were really good. Only negative was the service. Reservation was for 7:00 and we were one of 3 tables….still waited 30 minutes for our drinks. Had to ask for the check multiple times so we wouldn’t miss our dinner reservation. I expected better service for the prices.
