    It’s just a restaurant inside the hotel— tik tok led me a bit astray. I was looking for a cute brunch place for my mom and her friend and unfortunately breakfast stops sharp at 11am. So it was a little weird to eat lunch tacos at 11:15am. The food was sub par but it’s a beautiful hotel so the view is nice. Overall it was fine but worth no hype.

    Mesa Centrale was a wonderful breakfast experience. The atmosphere was stylish and welcoming, service was warm and attentive, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything felt thoughtfully done and made for a relaxing, enjoyable start to the day. I would gladly return the next time we’re in town.

    Our meal was great, and the atmosphere was exactly what we had expected. You can't complain when you are with friends, having food/drinks, and listening to Yacht Rock.

    This restaurant feels like an after thought. The inside felt like it was missing something and outside was redeemed by the view of the mountains. As for the food, it was ok and lacked flavor and depth. Being a southwest themed restaurant, they need to elevate this part of the experience. There are too many better restaurants nearby to miss on the food and especially with the resort up charge prices. Service on the other hand was excellent and on par with what Grand Hyatt should be offering.

    We told the manager that our drinks were 20 minutes delayed. She blew us off and didn’t even check. The drinks came another 10 minutes later, after appetizers and our main course.
