Waited at hostess stand for quite awhile to be acknowledged. Took a long time to get cocktails. Food came out in three different waves for four people over a span of 10 mins. One person was done before the other was served. Espresso martini was $24. Pretty steep prices. Also, candy store was half empty. Not nearly the experience of the one we went to a Baha Mar.

Horrible service. Did not prepare for the amount of people in restraint. Server argued with us about our drinks instead of just trying to make things right. Food was decent.

This was my first time at the Sugar Factory. Now I know they are known for their gimmicky, desserts, and drinks. I ordered the chicken fajitas. It only had about four incredibly thin and tiny pieces of chicken with some vegetables and a small bowl. Accompany the meal was three tortillas that were probably the size of the bottoms circumference of an orange juice cup. I immediately sent it back so then I ordered a $32 chicken Alfredo pasta, it was also a small portion but at this point, my daughter had already eaten her spaghetti and her milkshake. So I tried to eat it, and the chicken was as hard as a rock the waitress kept apologizing. She was busting her own tables and I did not want to get into it with her however a manager was never brought into the equation. I was so angry. I later called and they have never returned my call when the general manager was in will never go back. I paid $120 for two milkshakes some really awful pasta and a kids spaghetti. I had no problem paying money for good service and good food. I’m still waiting for the manager to call.

Extremely loud music, to the point conversation is impossible. Prices are very high for the quality of the food. Drinks are overpriced and slow to get from the bar. Service is slow and the gift store area looks pretty picked over.

It was just as other reviewers described as having slow service and OK food, but I went with it because it was so convenient to the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel. 3 minute walk. Can’t beat that. But we did have to wait almost 20 minutes to be seated even with reservations and a half empty restaurant (the hostess has to set up the tables), another 15 minutes to get a server, and when the food finally came it was just good enough but not delicious. Large parties tend to eat here which contributes to slow service, however, knowing this, the restaurant could staff up especially on weekends but they did not.

Brought my niece here for her 10th birthday. Her drink took 25 minutes and the food was salty and gross. Server rarely stopped by to check on us. Overall very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Went here to celebrate my birthday… never again. The food is mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality. It was not flavorful, came out cold, and overall just bleh. The service was also mediocre. They have a charge for everything.. a restaurant fee, a fee for photo, a fee for the birthday dance…i didn’t even get the basic “happy birthday” thing they do… I wouldn’t recommend for anything other than the vibe… the restaurant itself is so girly and beautiful!
