Nehmen Sie in unserem Hauptspeisesaal auf einer gemütlichen Sitzbank Platz, genießen Sie Ihr Essen am Kamin oder auch in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre eines kleineren Saals mit hellen französischen Türen. Das Zug-Zimmer erinnert an einen Speisewagen, da der Zug direkt am Fenster vorbeirauscht. Im Sommer können Sie sich auch auf die Terrasse setzen. Eine große Rundum-Terrasse bietet bequemen Platz unter einem schattigen Baumwipfel oder Sie machen es sich entlang unserer fabelhaften Cantina Bar gemütlich. Das Tango Bistro wurde vom Main Line Today als "Bestes Speiseangebot im Freien auf der Main Line in 2008" gewählt. As always the food never disappoints! Our waitress Malia was outstanding....I had a Birthday gift certificate for August and it was honored. They have gluten free pasta which is not always available in most restaurants....crab & olive oil with garlic, delicious.

The food seems to be going downhill. Pasta dish arrived without the menu stated vegetables and had to be sent back. Cobb salad had huge cut chicken sliced on top, rather than sliced as part of salad. Waiter neglected to credit the 'birthday credit' but the manager graciously took care of it. The soups are always delicious, as are the drinks.

The restaurant was very accommodating for our ladies luncheon of 8 .... a quiet corner where we could chat and laugh and share thoughts without disturbing others dining at lunch. The food as always was delicious w/the best soups, gazpacho and onion, found anywhere. The salads were also quite good. Several of us had different salads but all agreed, and those who had platters or sandwiches were most happy as well. They were also very gracious to allow separate checks which helped immensely for a party of 8. Our server Creed was super and helpful and fun....Thanks again Tango.

Squash soup superb! The surf/turf disappointing as the meat was VERY small and the crab dry. I've been going for many, many years and have found that the quality (and VALUE) has lessened. I do like the special promotions, etc. to save money, but still am not crazy about the veggies being ala carte.

I have not been to Tango in ten years -- I moved away from the area. It was well worth returning for a well-prepared dinner. I had a large salad with shrimp and very tasty ginger dressing. My companion had the trout with crunchy snow peas. Both meals were just right, and our server never missed a beat in providing the perfect amount of attention. The restaurant is casual, not pretentious, yet they know how to deliver an upscale meal every time. Sometimes the memory is better than the reality, but Tango does not disappoint, even after 10 years.

It was a stormy night that forced a number of parties to cancel, so we had the restaurant virtually to ourselves. That was perfect for our anniversary and we had a delightful, quiet dinner, ordering the surf and turf special, which was cooked to perfection. Our drinks were wonderful - a beautiful peach cobbler martini and a rich draft beer - and the staff were attentive. Tango Bistro is our neighborhood favorite that always delivers quality and service.

We have dined here many times. Our meal this week, however, was not up to par. Rolls that were brought to the table were stale; not a good start. The tuna in the salade nicoise was prepared properly, however, the rest of the salad was very lackluster. The potatoes were soggy and the hard boiled egg was over cooked and rubbery. The Cobb salad did not have enough chicken to balance out the rest of the ingredients. We asked if we could upgrade to the truffle fries from the regular fries that come with the burger, expecting to pay an up charge, not expecting a whole order of the fries that we were charged for. All in all, a disappointing meal. Not sure if we’ll be back...

A reliable stand by and open Mondays, which isn't the case for most others in the area. While food is fresh and of decent quality, kitchen consistently needs to pay more attention to details. For example, salad had a blob of dressing in one area and you had to find it. No bread offered...you have to ask. Polite service but need more attention.
