Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades, they have invested meticulous attention to their unique designs and authentic vintage décor. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. It’s the perfect atmosphere for a family celebration, a large group event, or a special dinner date.

A family business since 1969, their founding philosophy — “a memorable dining experience doesn’t have to cost a lot of money” — is perhaps more relevant now than ever. Every entree is a "complete meal," served with hot freshly-baked sourdough bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert at no extra charge.

We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good. I’ve always chosen the managers favorite with half clam sauce and mizithra. It wasn’t as good as it usually is as it was mostly cheese and the clam sauce had very few clams and lacked flavor. Kinda disappointed. Everything else tho, bread, salad as ice cream was great

The whole experience was great, the food was delicious and plentiful, the Chianti house wine was perfect. I just wish they had done something special for my daughter’s birthday, since I added that information to the reservation and I also told our server about it. I was hoping to add an extra smile to her face last night.

Food was great Servers were great Hostess was not. We had reservations and were seated at a noisy table. Asked to move to a booth. There were several available but hostess very displeased no smile. We thanked her but no. We had out of town family and the whole party thought she was rude.

I think it was an overall nice restaurant but our server was very unfriendly to us. I think I was kind and respectful and he barely acknowledged me and my son, had this “eww” personality towards us and even dropped our food without saying a word. I am not sure what his problem was but hopefully he is doing ok. We all have bad days and I guess I caught his bad day. Besides that, he ambience was very good, I liked it a lot. The food was good as well.

We made last minute reservations at 1 pm on Father's Day. What really impressed us was how well-run everything was on a popular day. The servers were working very hard and very efficiently. We received our food promptly, and it was warm. Our server was friendly despite being so busy. I think I saw the manager helping out at the tables, which is always nice to see. When a restaurant does a good job on a popular holiday, that really says something to me.

Good food, celebrating a family birthday. Reservations easy. Our waiter was friendly but nit that attentive, had to ask for several things.

My mom and I both had the Manager's Favorite with half clam sauce and half mizithra cheese for Easter dinner. This is the dish I always order, and my mom quickly discovered why I enjoy it so much. As part of the three-course meal, I had minestrone soup (lots of beans) and my mom had salad. Both were very good. My mom had cheesecake with strawberry sauce, and I had tiramisu for dessert. Both were excellent. I had to take a long walk after I got home to burn off the carbs.

The staff were great, overall service was awesome ! Everything was really good with the food, but a few of us that got the Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine, felt like it lacked sauce. So if you get that dish just ask that they make sure it has sauce on all the pasta and not just on top! Other than that, the shrimp was good and the parts that had pasta .
