   Pretty good service considering there was a wait to get in. Glad we had a reservation so we could slide right in to our booth.

   Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where they know how to take a reservation but don’t know how to hold the reservation. Besides taking 25+ min to get seated after the reservation time, everything else was phenomenal. Hopefully just a one time mistake with seating but music, atmosphere, and wait staff was excellent. Beer can game hen brought out my caveman instincts and I went at it with both hands. My wife had ‘that chicken salad’ and was so satisfied she said the lettuce must have been from the garden of Eden. Both dishes absolute fire

   The server was extremely inattentive and inaccurate with our order and they didn't have ANY meat for burgers! Our first time here and we won't be back!

   Service was horrible. Party of 7 and the food came out 3 entrees, 10- 15 minutes 2 more entrees and another 10-15 minutes before final 2 entrees. Waiter tried 3 times and only got 1 of 4 tickets correct; never brought ticket for one person and told him not to worry about it. Manager seemed uninterested in helping him.

   This was my second time at The Rustic as a tourist from out-of-town. The food was excellent and portions were generous. Most would find their meal here a good value. The staff in general were attentive. I would have liked for our server to have been quicker with the check, though it was hard to tell whether the delay was due to the restaurant being particularly busy or if there was another issue at play.
