The charming restaurant offers a beautiful ambience, featuring an open fire, candle lit tables, and floral displays. In the gorgeous Willow garden you will discover seven magical fairy lit dining domes with Dyson heaters for a dining experience with a difference (Domes can only be booked direct online at www.thewillowtreebourn.com). Serving a delectable dining menu with seasonal updates. Sundays Roasts served on Sundays. 'Little Willow' children's menu available. All dishes created rom scratch from high quality fresh ingredients that are as lovely, kind and as local as can be. Many gluten free options, always features dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options too. Dog friendly too.

I usually love this place.but it really disappointed me. I ordered the roast pork as a main, when it arrived it was the roast beef, when I said i ordered the pork I was informed that they didn’t have the pork only beef. If they told me when I ordered or even when the order reached the kitchen I could have changed my order rather than being stuck with a meal o didn’t want. The disappointment didn’t end there. When it was time to order dessert they again didn’t have the desert I wanted and most of the others were not available.. We all decided to have coffee instead but were told the coffee machine was broken and we could only have tea. So we all just went home . So sad to see an amazing place turn to this.

An outstanding sunday lunch....we had not tried The Willow Tree before (only live half an hour away) but friends recommended it and I am so pleased they did....its a terrific place. WE were warmly welcomed on arrival and the restaurant itself is lovely The service was superb throughout our meal/stay and the food itself was great Huge choice ....even on a sunday although on a sunday you have to choose the beef, pork or chicken...surely !!!??????...I had the pork which was tremendous

Food was good, especially the steak. But service was diabolical. First time I have refused to pay a service charge and they didn’t agree because they knew the service was bad. There was one waiter serving several tables and we were completely forgotten about so much so that we went up to the bar to pay rather than waiting for them to finally get to us. There was another person there, the manager I think who wa too busy on this phone and laptop to service customers. Didn’t even look around the room to see where each table was in terms of completion. Completely untrained staff. A shame because the food was good and it was my friend’s birthday too.

Our favourite local restaurant! Food is always excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive and I love the decor and fairy lights. Great for date nights!

Terrible service, we arrived as booked at 19:15 - we left at 21:00 without eating as food was nowhere to be seen. Unfortunately we were not the only table to leave. The restaurant was extremely cold, the fire remained unlit. It seems as though the restaurant were more focused on their outside Domes than their inside diners. Such a shame as we've heard, and read, good reviews.

A very disappointing experience. Marred by trying to pay in cash, the waiter didn’t have change. Having paid the bill and service charge,£100.87 the waiter walked away with the £5 that he didn’t have change for. We had to ask for the £5 back, and he brought a card machine for £0.87… The food was reasonable, a little disappointing in taste(arancini and fish pie) it was expensive, which is obviously why it was so quiet on a Friday night.
