Went to Tony's to celebrate fathers day; table of 10, 5 adults and 5 kids (under 12). Food was good and the portion sizes were huge, great value for money. Service was quite slow though, and waiting staff not very attentive (e.g. nobody asked if we would like more drinks). Also not sure why they call it an "express", sobe the good was slower to come than at our regular Tony's (St James).

From the start the service was appalling we had to find someone to take our meal order then after we asked to have our empty plates removed we had to find someone to take order for coffee. We decided it was too much effort to order sweets we said at the beginning we wanted indevidual bills which we got reluctantly. I was overcharged by £6 which zi notice when I got home so phoned up. I’m assured that it’ll be returned in the post but I’m not holding my breath it was so disappointing as the food was good. I only recommended it to my 2 friends as I had recently taken my grandsons to Hamilton branch and was so impressed by both food and service. Needless to say I would not recommend the EK St James centre branch to anyone not will I be back to that branch

Lovely mothers day lunch for 3 adults and two children. Great service and value for money. Good was terrific. Will return soon

Presto menu advertised but not available. Restaurant was very quiet not alot of people there at all. Staff were nice

Very disappointed with our visit to this restaurant Pizzas were undercooked with a really sloppy base , the chicken used was very poor quality The draught coke was flat and tasteless We were the only diners in the restaurant and yet I had to repeatedly call waitress over who was too busy talking to colleagues Terrible experience will never return

Too expensive for a family, rice balls had frozen mozzarella and still charged for them, main course was drowned in garlic. Staff were lovely tho.
