Im FareStart ist das Essen ein Mittel, mit dem Leben verändert werden. Das FareStart ist ein kulinarisches Ausbildungs- und Vermittlungsprogramm für obdachlose und benachteiligte Menschen. Das FareStart Restaurant befindet sich an der Ecke 7th Avenue und Virginia Street in der Innenstadt von Seattle. Es hat montags bis freitags von 11:00 - 14:00 Uhr und donnerstags zum Guest Chef Night Abendessen zusätzlich von 17:30 - 20 Uhr geöffnet. Der Erlös des Restaurants fließt wieder in das Programm zurück, um die Ausbildungs- und Vermittlungsprogramme von FareStart zu unterstützen. Die Guest Chef Night wird jede Woche im FareStart Restaurant abgehalten und ist ein Highlight der FareStart-Gemeinde. Für Kursteilnehmer des FareStart ist es eine einmalige Gelegenheit mit Seattles führenden Köchen zusammenzuarbeiten. Jeden Donnerstag Abend bereitet ein anderer regionaler Küchenchef mit den Kursteilnehmern ein köstliches Drei-Gänge-Menü zu. Die Guest Chef Night kostet USD 29,95 pro Person. We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food.

We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages. To go with your meal, we offer skillfully made, non-fussy cocktails, carefully selected wines, a plethora of beers, sours, and ciders on tap and a a robust non alcoholic selection.
