Das Marche liegt in Eugene, Oregon, und wurde im August 1998 eröffnet. Das Restaurant, das 80 Gästen Platz bietet, verfügt über eine offene Küche mit einem schönen Holzofen. Es gibt auch eine stilvolle Bar und einen großen Speisebereich im Freien, der mit Markisen und Sonnenschirmen bedeckt und von einem Garten mit Kräutern und essbaren Blumen umgeben ist. Der Name des Marche stammt vom französischen Wort für Markt - und beschreibt damit zugleich unsere Lage im belebten Markt der 5th Street sowie unsere Philosophie des Kochens. Wir verwenden Lebensmittel, wie man sie auch auf einem Bauernmarkt finden würde: Sind sind frisch, saisonal und regional. Das Marche nimmt nur die besten Zutaten, daher variiert unsere Speisekarte im Laufe der Jahreszeiten. Um die höchste Qualität und die gesündesten Zutaten zu gewährleisten, verwenden wir chemiefreie Bio-Produkte. Wir orientieren uns an der französischen Küche: Unsere Gerichte sind intensiv gewürzt und einfach, aber sehr schön präsentiert.
