Had the best Sunday roast ever at the Pickled Sprout. To start with we had a reservation at 17:00. Despite being extremely busy the Manager pulled some strings and got us in 2 hours early. Order was taken in a timely manner. Food and drink arrived in good time. Food was plentiful and everything was very tasty and I've never had a yorkshire pudding that nice. Prices are good and it is very refreshing to see that no service charge was added to the bill. I asked the Manager why and she said we believe in leaving it to the customer to decide whether the service should be rewarded. Staff were lovely , friendly and attentive.

Sunday roast was amazing, not too small on portions when adding the veg and collider addition. Staff were friendly but weren’t as proactive as could have been and had to be flagged down when needing anything. They also kept forgetting to bring the child menu over and didn’t ask if we wanted it. Atmosphere was really good and value for money was good as well. Would recommend and visit again

Third time at Bavette. Excellent food and lively but pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended
