Das Tiburon befindet sich in einem unscheinbaren Gebäude, das früher einen Obststand beherbergte, am südlichen Ende des Salt Lake Valley. Aber lassen Sie sie nicht täuschen, im Tiburon wird preisgekrönte moderne amerikanische Küche serviert. Diese reicht vom in der Pfanne gebratenem Rinderfilet mit Foie Gras und Madeira-Sirup bis hin zum Ahi Thunfisch in einer Kruste aus schwarzem Sesam mit in Honig und Soja marinierten Karotten. Die Crab Cakes gewinnen konsequent als die besten im Bundesstaat und die Salate werden von den regulären Gästen sehr gelobt. Aber es hört beim Essen nicht auf, der Service ist ebenfalls erstklassig.
